The blue single-occupant unit you already picture: a vented tank, a lockable door with an occupied indicator, a paper holder and a hand-sanitizer dispenser. It is the unit most orders are built from, and the one we keep the deepest stock of.

The detail
A 60-gallon tank under a molded seat, a translucent roof panel that lights the inside without a bulb, a urinal on the side wall, a sanitizer dispenser and a paper holder that we top up on every service visit. Non-slip floor, and a slide bolt that shows red from outside when it is in use.
The footprint is about four feet square, so it clears a standard gate and sits inside a single parking bay. On a job site it goes near the crew entrance and away from the lift path; at an event it goes at the edge of the crowd flow where the truck can reach it again for overnight servicing.
Delivery, the unit, weekly pump-out and restock on longer rentals, and collection at the end. Event rentals are serviced to the schedule the run of the event needs. You hear the whole figure on the call — there is no fuel line or environmental line waiting on the invoice.

Before you book
For a four-hour event with no alcohol, roughly 50 guests to a unit is comfortable. Add drinks or run past four hours and that number drops fast, which is why a six-hour party of 100 wants three units rather than two. On a work site the working figure is one unit per ten people on a weekly service round.
Yes. Every unit goes out charged with a deodorizing blue treatment that breaks down waste and controls odour between visits, and it is recharged each time the unit is pumped. In Florida heat that servicing interval matters more than it would further north, so tell us if the unit is going somewhere with no shade.
It can, as long as the ground is reasonably level and firm enough that the unit does not settle on one corner. What we ask about is the route in rather than the spot itself — a soft shoulder after a week of afternoon storms is what strands a delivery truck, not the pad you picked.
Collection is part of the rental. Call when the job wraps and we schedule the pickup; if the date is already fixed we put it on the calendar when you book so nobody has to remember to ring us.
