How we get to Pine Castle
In Pine Castle the work splits between job sites and gatherings, which is true of most of Orange County. the Beachline Expressway and South Orange Avenue is the route in; South Orange Avenue (SR 527) and Hoffner Avenue are where the truck ends up. Named for the Pine Castle home of the nineteenth-century writer Will Wallace Harney, and still the host of the annual Pioneer Days folk festival.
The shape of Pine Castle work
In Pine Castle we handle the same range as anywhere else in Orange County, from a single cabin to a planned event order with sinks and accessible units. Some of it is planned months out and some of it is a phone call at eight in the morning. Both are normal.
The practical bit
If you are near the Pine Castle Center of the Arts or Cypress Grove Park on Lake Jessamine, we already know the turn off South Orange Avenue (SR 527). The Pine Castle run threads South Orange Avenue (SR 527), Hoffner Avenue and Oak Ridge Road, and the traffic on them decides the timing.
