Who we turn up for

Four kinds of call, one way of working

Most of the week is job sites and events. The rest is a homeowner with one party, or a crew that needs restrooms in a parking lot by tomorrow morning.

Porta potties on an Orlando-area house build

Builders and site supers

Framing crews, roadwork on the arterials, warehouse shells off Landstreet Road, utility work along the GreeneWay. Units go where the trailer can reach and stay put through the run of the job, with servicing on a schedule you set once.

Units behind the crowd at an outdoor concert

Event and venue crews

Street festivals, church fairs, food-truck nights, 5Ks around the lakes, county fair midways. We work off a plan: how many gates, where the crowd bunches, how far a guest should have to walk from the far end of the field.

A single unit set against a back-yard fence

Homeowners and HOAs

A back-yard graduation party, a driveway during a remodel, a block party on a closed street. One unit is as welcome an order as forty, and it comes on the same flat quote.

A row of units placed for storm-response crews

Storm and recovery work

Central Florida gets hurricane season every year. When crews are staging in a parking lot with the water off, restrooms and hand-wash stations are the first thing that has to land. Call and we will tell you honestly what we can get out and when.

The work we do

Six kinds of job, planned differently

A framing crew in Horizon West and a street festival in Winter Garden need the same units and completely different plans. These pages set out how we work each one — the counts, the placement and the servicing pattern that actually fits.

How the call goes

Three steps, and none of them is a form

There is no booking portal here and no email thread. You call, we work out what the job needs, and you get a number.

1

Call and describe the job

Address or cross streets, what the ground is like, how many people, how many days. If you are not sure how many units, say so — that is the part we are good at.

2

Get the number on the call

Delivery, the units, servicing and pickup in one flat figure. Nothing gets added later unless you add to the order.

3

We drop, service and collect

The driver places the units where you point, levels them and walks the setup with you. After that they are on the service round until you call for pickup.

Hours are Mon–Sat 7am–7pm. Call (407) 707-8236 and you will be talking to someone who can price the job, not take a message about it.

Where we deliver

Grouped by the road that gets us there

Orange, Seminole, Osceola and the Lake County line. These are the places we run to most; if yours is not on the list it is still worth a call, because the answer is usually yes.

Questions people ask before they book

How much does a porta potty cost to rent in Orlando?

A single standard unit for a weekend and a long-term unit on a job site are priced very differently, so we quote on the call rather than posting a table that would be wrong for most jobs. What we can promise is that the figure you hear covers delivery, the rental, scheduled pump-outs, restocking and pickup. Tell us the address, the headcount and the dates and you will have a number in a couple of minutes.

How quickly can you get a unit here?

Most of Orange and Seminole County we can cover same day if you call early enough in the morning; Osceola, west Lake County and the far side of Wedgefield usually go out next day. Peak weekends in season book up, so a Saturday festival is worth calling about on the Monday before rather than the Thursday.

What is the realistic unit count for my job or event?

The rough rule is one unit per 50 guests for a four-hour event, then more as the hours or the drinking go up, and one per ten workers on a site with weekly servicing. Our unit planner walks through it, but the fastest answer is to call and describe the job — the shape of the site changes the count as much as the headcount does.

Do the units get serviced during a long rental?

Yes, and it is in the rate rather than billed on top. Standard job-site rentals are pumped and restocked weekly. Heavy sites, festivals and anything with a hundred-plus crowd go on a tighter round, and multi-day events are usually serviced overnight so the units are fresh before the gates open.

Can you deliver somewhere with no paved access?

Usually. What matters is a route the delivery truck can back down without sinking and roughly level ground to set the unit on. Soft sand, wet retention slopes and anything under a low branch line are the ones that cause trouble — mention them on the call and we will plan the drop rather than discover the problem on site.

Do you rent for months at a time, not just weekends?

Long runs are the bulk of what we do. Job sites, church building projects, temporary facilities during a renovation and seasonal placements all sit on a monthly rate with servicing folded in, and you can add or pull units as the crew size changes without restarting the agreement.

Need restrooms in the Orlando area?

Tell us the address, the crowd and the dates. You get the whole number on the call — delivery, servicing and pickup included.
